Update 6/6: Wired Cup w/ exciting news!

Update re: Kelsi and Wired Cup:

I terminated the public apology offer on Thursday (6/5). Due to a misunderstanding with the lawyer, Kelsi did not receive the offer request letter from the attorney. She was made aware of the request by me last Saturday (5/31) with a follow up email on Sunday (6/1) informing her that today at noon would be the deadline. But after sending emails back and forth with Kelsi, and the attorney sharing for the first time yesterday that he would not be sending the letter probono, the offer was terminated. I explained to Kelsi that I would proceed with press, community organization, and filing official documents. (I will update the Notion timeline with screenshots soon.)

That said, I am excited to announce that I will be documenting my process for handling the Wired Cup situation in an upcoming podcast mini-series produced by, Lancaster City Today, the project I have been developing! (To be released)

My aim is to share all of the civil rights avenues available for handling situations like this and to make the resources easily accessible using artificial intelligence. I'll be informing the media of this new podcast, as well as featuring my communication with civil rights attorney's for advice and representation.

This podcast may seem unexpected, but I had been looking for a media project like this as a follow up to my career in fitness, arts, and entertainment. I am extremely blessed to have been the director of an university arts program, and was also featured in/on the New York Times, Elle Magazine, People, The Food Network, and more nearly a decade ago. A little humble bragging, but my intention is to communicate that when I do things, I do them with professional experience and very high standards.

Special Note: If you have worked at Wired Cup or have an experience with the owner (with evidence) that you would like to share on the podcast, email me at [email protected].

Despite terminating the offer, I waited to make this announcement in case Kelsi would take the initiative and show ownership, decency, and integrity without the need for representation. After unfairly reporting me to the authorities-twice, but privately apologizing via email after each instance, ** **I do not put anything past Kelsi . But even if she didn't post today but showed me a draft to approve via email, I would have held off on this longer term production.

This was Kelsi's final email yesterday and she meant what she said:

"As of this moment in time you are not yet represented by an attorney, Alistair. When/if you obtain one, have them reach out. Until then I don’t want any further communication from you. Kelsi"

When/IF I obtain an attorney, I'll definitely have them reach out to Kelsi directly. As for me, she can check out my upcoming podcast for my perspective! More details to come! Moving fast.

Note: This is NO LONGER ABOUT ME OR WIRED CUP CAFE. This is about who Lancaster is and what Lancaster stands for.

This is about who WE are, and what WE stand for.
